Phantom Entertainment delivers throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, Virginia, and West Virginia. We've been delivering to Central PA communities since 1979, including Harrisburg, Carlisle, York, Lancaster, Chambersburg, and dozens more cities.

Question 7

What do I need to prepare for inflatable delivery?

Accepted Answer

You'll need a flat, open space free of debris, low-hanging branches, and overhead obstructions. Most inflatables need access to a standard 20-amp electrical outlet within 100 feet, or we can provide a generator. We'll confirm all requirements when you book.

Can you set up inflatables indoors?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Many of our inflatable party rentals can be set up indoors in gyms, warehouses, or large event halls. We'll need ceiling clearance measurements to confirm which units work for your indoor space.

Are your inflatables state inspected and insured?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. All Phantom Entertainment inflatables are fully licensed, state inspected, and covered by comprehensive liability insurance. We meet and exceed all Pennsylvania safety standards. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priority.

Are your inflatables cleaned and sanitized?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned. We take cleanliness seriously and inspect all equipment before delivery to ensure it's in perfect condition for your event.

Question 11

What happens if it rains on the day of my event?

Accepted Answer

We monitor weather closely. For outdoor events with rain, we'll work with you on rescheduling or, for light rain, many of our inflatables can still be used with supervision. We'll always communicate openly about weather-related decisions.
